CCR Roundtable “How to navigate current uncertainties”

In the current world of persisting uncertainties, businesses face the challenge to weather short-term changes without losing sight of staying the course of their longer-term strategy. This is particularly true for sustainability-related strategies and actions. Consequently, the focus has to be on business relevance and adding value to the business itself as well as the ability to deliver the evidence for it. The latter means speaking the language of senior management and connecting sustainability to cost, risk, margin and growth.
We took the opportunity to learn from Holcim and Interroll how they manage the integration of sustainability into the business to create competitive advantage. The Roundtable discussion touched upon client relationships, investor relations, M&A, and also the how it affects the Reporting.
