Dr. Felix Graf - NZZ

Since 2018, Felix Graf has been CEO of NZZ, one of Switzerland’s largest privately owned media companies. It includes the long-established independent quality newspaper Neue Zürcher Zeitung. Felix is leading the company through a transformation process toward a modern media group with a focus on high-quality journalism, digit information services and conferences.
After completing his studies and doctoral work at ETH Zurich in the area of Quantum Optics, Felix held various leadership positions at McKinsey, Swisscom, Teleclub and Axpo. Most recently, he served for four years as CEO of CKW and was also a member of the Executive Board of Axpo.
Outside of NZZ, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Swissgrid AG and a member of the executive committee of the Swiss Management Association.
Felix holds a Master's degree (1994) in Physics and Chemistry from ETH Zurich as well as a PhD (1998) in Physics from ETH Zurich. In 2007, he was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum (WEF). In 2023 he was chosen as Media Manager of the Year by the industry magazine Schweizer Journalist:in.

Joanna Price is Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at HEINEKEN, based in Amsterdam, and a member of the company’s Executive Team. With more than 25 years of experience in corporate affairs across the FMCG sector, Joanna has lived and worked across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas. Dr. Markus Schürch - Belimo

Markus Schürch has been CFO and Head of the Group Division Finance and Business Services at Belimo AG since 2019. In his role, he is responsible for the group's IT and risk management. Originally a chemical engineer, he found his way into business through consulting and, after making the leap into industry at Landis+Gyr, into finance. In addition to his work at Belimo, he is a member of the Board of Directors at Mobimo AG and is involved in sports as President of the Polytechniker Ruderclub Zurich.

Barbara Studer is neuroscientist, co-founder and CEO of Hirncoach AG, an award-winning start-up with hybrid programs for mental fitness & health. She ist bestseller author, international speaker, musician, and recognized science communicator.
After earning her degrees at the Universities of Bern, Fribourg, and Taipei, she completed a PhD in neuropsychology and post-doc in cognitive neuroscience. She established an institute for learning and memory, heading it for 10 years before turning her attention to applied intervention research and entrepreneurship. Dr. Alexander Fleischer - Suva

Dr. Alexander Fleischer studied business administration and communication science, earning his doctorate with a thesis on Reputation and Perception. He began his career at Peter Bütikofer AG, then spent 16 years at PwC (Switzerland and internationally), where he led Marketing & Communications. In 2014, he established the corporate communications consultancy at furrerhugi. He then took on the role of Head of Brand, Marketing & Communication at EY for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In 2019, he joined Swiss Post as Head of Communications and member of the extended Executive Board. Since 2024, he has served as Head of Corporate Communications at Suva.
Stefan Joss - Suva

Stefan Joss has been working at Suva since 2020. For over two years, he has been responsible for the annual report and sustainability report, as well as the customer magazine “benefit.” Previously, he oversaw internal communications at Suva and CSS Insurance and worked in corporate communications at CKW and Hapimag.
Joss studied corporate communications at the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration. For several years, he has been teaching internal communications at the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration and at the MAZ Media Training Center in Lucerne. After completing her master's degree in industrial engineering, Swetlana Sibin began her career at BLG Logistics Group AG & Co. KG as a project manager for warehouse management systems. In 2015, she moved to Henkel AG & Co. KGaA as a supply planner and, from 2017, took on increasingly strategic tasks in internal auditing. As Regional Head of Corporate Audit IMEA in Dubai, her responsibilities included regional stakeholder management and the further development of global audit processes. Since 2024, she has been leading the CSRD transformation project at Henkel.

Prof. Dr. Henning Zülch has held the Chair of Accounting and Auditing at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Manage-ment since 2006. Henning Zülch is the author of several monographs and more than 600 national and international journal articles. Daan Meurders is a lead analyst in Investment Stewardship for the EMEA region, covering the DACH markets and the Netherlands. He joined Vanguard in 2023 and is based in Zurich. In his 14 years at CS, Daan also held roles in corporate development M&A, investment banking advisory, and asset management EMEA strategy. Marthe Skaar - Norges

Marthe Skaar is Chief Communications and External Relations Officer at Norges Bank Investment Management, with strategic responsibility for the fund’s global communications. She was appointed in April 2023, after serving as Acting Chief of Communications at Norges Bank and previously as Global Head of Communications and External Relations for the fund. Skaar joined Norges Bank Investment Management in 2013.
Before joining Norges Bank Investment Management, she worked as a financial journalist and editor. She holds an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School and IFP School in Paris, has studied international studies at the University of Oslo, and holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Volda University College.

Christopher was a member of SAP's Integrated Reporting Steering Committee and project council, having defined and executed SAP's award-winning integrated reporting strategy in 2016 and 2017. Adam Pradela has been CFO Corporate Sustainability, DHL Group since 2024. In this position he oversees a wide range of topics, from ensuring compliance with legal regulations to the inclusion of sustainability in steering DHL Group. Since joining DHL Group in 2002, he has assumed various regional CFO positions in Europe and was afterwards responsible for Corporate Accounting, Reporting & Controlling.
After graduating in business administration from the University of Cologne in 1989, he held senior finance positions at multinational companies such as Unilever, Pepsi-Cola and Tetra Pak in Germany and Switzerland.
He is a member of the Implementation Group at the International Sustainability Standards Board and of the Berlin Center of Corporate Governance.
